Delivery Time Scales
We strive to deliver your goods as soon as possible. Please see below for delivery times.
If you order before 4:30pm, your goods will be delivered the next day. This applies to all parts in stock. Otherwise delivery is as per quoted lead time. All goods are sent by tracked couriers.
Can I specify a delivery day?
Unfortunately, this is not a service that we are able to offer at present. However, all deliveries are next day for all parts in stock. You have the option to upgrade to pre 10:30am and we do offer same-day delivery for urgent needs.
Do I have to be there to sign for my delivery?
Yes, as all goods that are sent by tracked couriers will always require a signature.
Can I change my delivery address after the order has been placed?
Once your order has been submitted, if required you can change your delivery address up until midday on the day of despatch.
What happens to my order if I'm not there to receive it?
If there is no one to receive your order, a card by the courier will be posted through your door advising of a delivery attempt. There will be a contact telephone number on there for your local branch. If you call the number on the card you will be able to re-book a delivery day or arrange to pick up your goods from the depot.
Can I cancel a delivery?
If required orders placed can be cancelled up until midday on the day of despatch.
What happens if my item(s) go faulty?
If you experience any defect in our goods which under normal use appear within 30-day warranty, after delivery and which are due to faulty parts will be made good by Cygna either by repair, replacement or a refund.
The defective parts should be returned together with a valid proof of purchase, returns number and wherever possible, the original packaging. To return a product, under this policy you should:

Upon contact, you will be provided with a Returns Number. The goods must be returned within 30 days of receiving the Returns Number.
Overseas delivery services
Cygna offers International Shipment via UPS or DHL, please contact us for a quotation. If those options do not suit you, we can also charge shipping to your own courier account.
